CiaoIo is a company blog. One of my employees won 50 and changed the Gmail account. I found this on his team and staff mail. (We show your e-mail). So far I may have against cybercrime. What could be the punishment. Please provide the data. In fact its just an example.

You can’t find complete information about ANY crime without knowing the jurisdiction involved. In this case, I highly recommend consulting an attorney. The fact you don’t have a fairly good idea where you stand in this case is good reason to talk to an attorney, even if you were not in the situation.
