The biggest risk related to cyber security is that such attack will cause an interruption followed by data theft to customers and employees.
Powers of the Cyber Crime cell:
Any police officer not below the rank of deputy superintendent of police, or any other official of the Central Government or a State Government authorized by the Central Government in this behalf may enter any public place and search and arrest without warrant court any person found therein who is suspected or having committed or having committed or being about to commit an offense under this law.
Punishment for Cyber Crime:
